Pet Taxi Forms Pack
The Pet Taxi Forms Pack contains 3 document templates and a handy Information Guide on setting up the service. The pack is designed for the transportation of all pets.
The Pet Taxi Pack contains a Registration Form (with Terms & Conditions attached) for customers to complete and sign, plus a Cost Calculator form to help you work out how much to charge for the service. For those using the service regularly there is a Repeat Booking Form to save the customers time when booking for the same animals again. The fonts and colours can be changed as you wish. The pack contains an Information Guide covering the uses for Pet Taxi and some considerations when setting up your service.
Add your logo and business details to the Registration and Repeat Booking Form, and they are ready to go. The Terms & Conditions section at there back of the Registration Form requires a bit more completion so that it covers your company's trading rules, but the areas that need information are clearly marked.
No two Pet Taxi bookings are alike. The pack will give you a good foundation to set up your service, however you may find that you would like additional forms as time goes along. Feel free to contact me if this is the case, I am happy to help you put them together.
The templates have been created in Microsoft Word and are fully amendable. You must have access to Microsoft Word or Microsoft 365 to make the required changes to your templates. Documents can also be amended in Google Docs with some additional adjustments to the table formats.
Alternatively I can make the changes for you and send you PDF copies of your finished documents instead.
