The Dog Home Boarding Forms Pack contains 15 document templates, plus a variety of additional, optional forms that a Dog Home Boarder may use based on their needs.
The pack follows the England (DEFRA) standard requirements for Boarding and Day Care in your home. For businesses in Scotland and Wales, a customised pack can be created that meets the requirements of your local council, please contact me.
The 15 base templates have been created in Microsoft Word, and are fully amendable.
PROCEDURE MANUAL TEMPLATE: Approximately 150 questions that make you think about your business from the perspective of the guidance and make a statement about every subject that DEFRA have a view on. The template is structured into a handbook format and has subjects logically grouped together, so it can also be used as the basis for training your Voluntary Helpers. The Procedure Manual is a great tool for someone to follow if (heaven forbid) something happens and someone else needs to take over running your business for a while, and it should be written with this in mind.
SERVICE AGREEMENT TEMPLATE: The document contains rules and client policies for you to tweak or amend to suit your business. This covers many of the mandatory consents. The instructions on how to make ‘find’ and ‘replace’ quick updates on the agreement are on our Facebook page.

The templates have been created in Microsoft Word and are fully amendable. You must have access to Microsoft Word or Microsoft 365 to make the required changes to your templates. Documents can also be amended in Google Docs with some additional adjustments to the table formats.
Alternatively I can make the changes for you and send you PDF copies of your finished documents instead.
