Cat Sitting Forms Pack

The Cat Sitter Form Template Pack is for drop-Ins, feeding visits and hourly sitting services for indoor and outdoor cats.  The pack contains a Customer Registration Form, a Service Agreement for customers to complete and sign, plus a Meet & Greet checklist, a Final Wishes Form for elderly and frail pets, a Repeat Booking Form, a Medical Log Sheet and a Sitter Report.  The fonts and colours can be changed as you wish.

 

Please note that this is not suitable for services where you stay overnight in the owner's home, please see the pack Overnight Pet Sitting for this option.   

Add your logo and business details to the Registration Form, and it is ready to go.  The Service Agreement requires a little bit of completion so that it covers your company's terms and conditions, but the areas that need information are clearly marked.  

 

The vet consent (previously known as a vet release) and key consent are built into the documents rather than having things on separate forms; customers no longer have time for lots of forms, and this approach suits them better.

There is a Meet & Greet Checklist for you to use during customer meetings.  It helps remind you of the key questions to ask face to face, and to keep the meeting on track.  Finally, there is an optional cat sitter report and medication log for you to use if you wish.

The templates have been created in Microsoft Word and are fully amendable.   You must have access to Microsoft Word or Microsoft 365 to make the required changes to your templates. Documents can also be amended in Google Docs with some additional adjustments to the table formats.
