Hello! I’m Vicky.

I help passionate animal lovers transition from casual hobbyists into confident, fully protected, and council-compliant pet business owners.

Before stepping into the pet industry, I spent 17 years working inside a heavily regulated, government-inspected sector, where I directly led official inspections.

 

During that time, I was part of the Quality and Compliance team and held the legal title of "Responsible Person"—a critical, legally binding role directly tied to company licensing. I have over 15 years of professional experience in:

  • Drafting bulletproof terms and conditions that protect business income.

  • Writing service agreements that prevent client boundary-pushing.

  • Building operational procedures from scratch to pass strict regulations.

 

As a qualified NVQ/NCFE Assessor, I don’t just fill in blanks for you. I know exactly how to break down complex legislation (like contract laws and welfare rules) into plain, simple English so you understand how to run your business securely from day one.

I don't just teach these standards—I live them every single day. I have been operating my own highly successful pet care business, Waggy Days 4 Dogs, since 2015.

 

Over the years, I have offered dog walking and home visits for a huge variety of animals. More recently, I chose to specialise in small and toy breed day care and home boarding specifically to achieve and maintain the highest possible standard: a 5-star rated council licence.

I also hold an OFQUAL-recognised NCFE Level 3 qualification in Canine Behaviour and Psychology, which I completed with a Distinction in 2016.

I founded Support 4 Pet Business because I was tired of seeing brilliant animal lovers get taken advantage of by difficult clients, lose money to poor payment habits, or risk failing their council inspections due to flawed paperwork copied from social media.
