My name is Vicky and I run Support 4 Pet Business.  I also have a successful Day Care and Home Boarding business that specialises in small and toy breeds.  Until recently I also offered walking and pet home visits for other animals, but have decided to specialise in recent years in order to hold a 5 star rated licence as a Home Boarder.  Waggy Days 4 Dogs has been operating since 2015, and Support 4 Pet Businesses has been trading since 2019 (previously known as Pet Business Support).

Before going self-employed, I worked for 17 years in a licensed, regulated and inspected industry and led the government inspections during that time.  I have 15 years experience in managing and writing service agreements, writing and reviewing terms and conditions, writing business procedures and training manuals (and training newly written procedures to large teams).  I am also a qualified NVQ/NCFE Assessor.  I was part of the Quality and Compliance team, and for a long period I also carried the title of "Responsible Person" which in pharmaceuticals is a genuine role!

I have an OFQUAL recognised NCFE Level 3 qualification in Canine Behaviour and Psychology which I completed in 2016 with Distinction.
