Home Boarder (England) Bundle Offer
The Bundle Offer includes The Dog Home Boarder Template Pack (England) and 15 hours of one-to-one support. The support time can be used to fill in your pack, to talk you through the pros and cons of payment schedules and cancellation policies for your terms and conditions, understand the DEFRA guidance, or help you work out your pricing.
The Home Boarder Template Pack contains 15 forms, including a Customer Registration Form and a Service Agreement for customers to complete and sign, plus a Risk Assessment, Informal Study Form, New Dog Assessment, Medicine Log, Repeat Booking Forms, Welfare & Activity Forms and more.
The vet release, key consent, off-lead consent is built into the documents rather than having things on separate forms; customers no longer have time for lots of forms, and this approach suits them better.
The templates have been created in Microsoft Word and are fully amendable. You must have access to Microsoft Word or Microsoft 365 to make any changes to your templates after they have been completed. Documents can also be amended in Google Docs with some additional adjustments to the table formats.
The support time in this bundle may not be used other than as described above. Add a basic logo from a choice of 5 available. Colour, wording and font may be changed (+£20). The support hours offered within this bundle are valid for 12 weeks from the date of purchase. Additional hours may be added to this bundle at the standard Business Support hourly rate.
Once paid, you will receive a confirmation email containing a digital copy of the template pack. This is yours to keep. I will be in touch with you to arrange completing the pack, and to set up a channel for us to communicate through the process. Completion usually begins within 2-3 days of purchase.
