Royal Parks Licence Forms Pack

This pack is designed to help those wishing to obtain a Commercial Dog Walking Licence for the Royal Parks in London and South England.  

 

The Pack contains a Risk Assessment, a Vet Registration Letter, a Welfare and Incident Log, an Emergency Procedures Handbook, and a template for a customer reference.  The fonts and colours can be changed as you wish.

 

Add a logo and your business details, and the Vet Registration Letter and the Welfare and Incidents Log are ready to go.  The Risk Assessment is pre-filled but can be edited to include or remove risks as you wish.  The Emergency Procedures template is 80% completed but can be edited to suit a business with several walkers, or for a sole trader as needed.  The customer reference letter will give you an outline to help you get started if you are not sure what to ask the customer to write about you and your business.

The templates have been created in Microsoft Word and are fully amendable.   You must have access to Microsoft Word or Microsoft 365 to make the required changes to your templates. Documents can also be amended in Google Docs with some additional adjustments to the table formats.

 

Alternatively I can make the changes for you and send you PDF copies of your finished documents instead.
