This service is £17 per hour (pro rated) and is part of General Business Support services.

You still need to answer a lot of the questions as no two businesses are identical, but you can answer 'short and sweet' and I can form your response into a nice  sentence or paragraph for the pack.  I can also help to explain particular aspects of the guidance if anything is unclear.  The process works best when talking over Whatsapp or Messenger, but email or even via the telephone is possible. 

 

For those of you who plan to try and work on paper rather than electronically, I can put in extra spaces throughout the customer forms and even provide a PDF version if that is an easier option for printing. 

Time estimates for completing packs:

Home Boarding and Day Care = 8-10 hours

Dog Walking = 2.5 hours

Pet Visits = 2.5 hours

Commercial Day Care = 8-10 hours

Boarding Kennels = 10-12 hours

Overnight Pet Sitter = 2.5 hours

Note that if you have already thought about your pricing, your cancellation rules and payment terms, this also makes the task move along more quickly.

50% of the anticipated time needed for the work is charged up front and then the balance is due when complete.
