Wedding Chaperone Pack: £30

All weddings, and their pet requests are completely bespoke - and this makes it difficult to decide how much to charge.  The Wedding Chaperone Pack contains a service agreement, a customer registration form and a cost calculator to help you work out the right fees to charge for the service.

The pack contains 3 templates that have been created in Microsoft Word and are fully amendable with the right software. ​

Add your logo and your company details, and your Customer Registration Form is ready to go.   You may wish to add or remove questions based on your specific business model, this is easily achieved. 

 

The Terms & Conditions (aka Service Agreement) requires a little more completion so that it matches your company terms and conditions, but the areas that need information are clearly marked.   If you need help deciding on your terms and conditions, you can book a call with me to talk it through.

 

Your vet release and key consent are built into the documents rather than having them on separate forms.  Customers no longer have time for lots of forms, and this approach suits them better.

Based on your business, you may wish to make a second copy of the forms and customise them for different venues to make things quicker if you find yourself attending the same local hotels and venues.

Note: You must have access to Microsoft Word or Microsoft 365 to make the required changes to your templates.  Documents can also be amended in Google Docs with some additional adjustments to the table formats. WordPad and Apple Pages are not compatible.  Alternatively, I can make the changes for you and send you PDF copies of your finished documents instead.
